(Bloomberg announced March 28, 2003)  Served as Deputy Finance Chairman to Eisenberg at the RNC.  Previously Executive Director of the Republican Leadership Council.  National Director of Victory '96.  Has served as finance director for many Republican candidates.

President Kevin Sheekey
For the past two years, Sheekey served as Special Advisor to the Mayor, after starting the Bloomberg for Mayor Campaign in 2001.  He first joined Bloomberg LP in 1997, where he directed intergovernmental affairs and advised on public affairs.  Previously, Sheekey served as Chief of Staff to Sen. Daniel Patrick Moynihan (D-NY) and to Rep. James H. Scheuer (D-Queens).  He also was the Deputy Campaign Manager of Senator Moynihan´s successful 1994 re-election bid.  A native of Washington, DC, Kevin and his wife Robin are the parents of two and a half year-old twins, Dillon and Samantha. 
COO Maureen J. Reidy
Reidy also serves as the Executive Director of the NYC Big Events, Inc., an organization dedicated to attracting high-profile events of national and international importance to the New York City area.  Prior to becoming Executive Director of NYC Big Events, Inc., Reidy served four years as President of the Miss Universe Organization.  She served as Chief Internal Auditor at The Trump Organization, and began her professional career as a CPA with Price Waterhouse LLP in New York City.  Reidy graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor of Science in accounting.

On July 9, 2003, Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge announced designation of the Republican National Convention in New York as a National Special Security Event.  According to a DHS press release this means that "the Secret Service assumes its mandated role as the lead agency for the design and implementation of the operational security plan and Federal resources are deployed to maintain the level of security needed for the event and the area."  Past NSSEs have included the 2000 Republican and Democratic National Conventions, the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Super Bowl XXXVI in New Orleans.
