Before joining Boston 2004, Inc, Burns served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino, and in that position she organized Boston's bid for the 2004 Democratic National Convention.  Burns has previously served as the Director of Special Projects and Special Assistant to Debra DeLee, CEO of the 1996 Democratic National Convention in Chicago, Ill..  She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia and a native of Lowell, Massachusetts.

Originally from New York City, Grant has lived in Massachusetts since 1990 and is a graduate of Boston University.

Prior to joining Boston 2004, Inc., Ms. Holman was conducting her graduate studies in Public Policy at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government.  She had previously served as a Legislative Aide to Massachusetts State Senator Dianne Wilkerson.
