-Bush-Cheney '04 Maine Veterans State Chairman: State Representative Ted Heidrich (U.S. Marine Corps, Ret.) (R, House District 64[Oxford]).  Heidrich served from 1951- 1953 in the Korean War.  He then owned and operated a small business in New York.  He is serving his third term in the Maine House of Reprentatives. -Jane Amero is the Bush-Cheney '04 Maine Educators for Bush steering committee chair.  She served as a state senator for eight years, including four years as the Republican leader.  She was a Republican congressional candidate for Maine's First Congressional District in 2000 and chaired the state board of education from 1989 to 1992.
