Mafona Shea , Service Center Associate, works as a Service Center Associate in the Faculty and Staff Service Center (FSSC) where he assists faculty and staff with a variety of transactional issues ranging from parking to benefits to payroll. He has been with the University since 2004 and previously worked as a Payroll Specialist here at GW and in the banking industry prior. Prior to becoming a student at GW, studied Political Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
