Claude Owens, Senior HR Client Partner, for the Division of Operations and Safety and Security, has been with the George Washington University since December 2010. Claude provides support to Operations and Safety and Security for strategic initiatives which include identifying development opportunities, and other initiatives as identified by leadership. With over 5 years experience in all HR generalist areas and 15 years union experience, Claude has a Bachelor’s degree from Clarion University, Clarion, PA, and a Master’s degree in Negotiation and Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore.
