Work Life Fair Partner Registration

Thank you for your interest in hosting a table at Colonial Community's 2012 Work-Life Fair. The  Colonial Community Work-Life Fair provides an opportunity for you to reach hundreds of GW staff  and faculty and introduce them to your products, services and resources.

Event Details:

Date: October 17, 2012

Time: 10:00 am- 3:00 pm (please arrive by 9:20 am to set up)

Location: Marvin Center Grand Ballroom 800 21st Street, NW

Expected attendance: 200-400 GW Faculty & Staff

 

Preparing for t he Work-Life Fair:

We are asking that each vendor provide some form of information/educational materials, demonstration, or service for the Fair. For a list of ideas please click here.

Materials:: Due to limited storage space, we will not be able to store materials prior to the event. 

Vendor Donation: Please consider donating a door prize for the Fair. The door prizes will help attract more faculty and staff to the fair. If you are able to contribute, we recommend donations in the form of gift baskets, merchandise, gift certificates or cards.  Each prize should be $100 or less in value. Multiple prizes that are equivalent in value to $100 or less are appreciated. Please send all prizes to:

Day Of Work-Life Fair:

Event/Table Set Up: All participants will be provided one skirted table, two chairs, and a sign.

Parking Options: There is visitor parking in the Marvin Center.  The entrance is on H Street between 21st and 22nd streets.  The rate is $15 for 2 hours or $19 for
anything over 2 hours. We will not be validating parking.

Metro Options: The Foggy Bottom stop on the orange line is right on campus and just two blocks from the meeting location.  When exiting the metro, walk down I Street heading east, past Whole Foods on the left, and down to 21st Street.  There is an entrance to the Marvin Center on the right side of the street just before you reach 21st Street.
