Senior Staff

John Kudless –  Interim Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations

John Kudless has been with GW for one year. In a career spanning more than 30 years, Kudless has served with Grenzebach Glier and Associates, the Johns Hopkins Institutions; Georgetown University; and Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA.

Rich Collins – Associate Vice President of Law School Development

Rich has 27 years experience in development. This includes four years at GW Law, and senior positions at the University of Miami, and the University of Louisville. Collins has been recognized by CASE for his work in Annual Giving, Campaign Leadership, Volunteer Management, and Communications.  He is active with AALS.

Robyn Dickey – Assistant Vice President for Development, Events

Robyn has 30 years project leadership and management experience with high-visibility events for the President of the United States and the Secretary of Defense.

Jerome Posatko, PhD – Associate Vice President of Development Operations

Jerome has 34 years in higher education administration, 25 of which have been in fund raising, at Georgia Tech, University of Delaware and GW.

Adrienne Rulnick, EdD - Associate Vice President of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving

Adrienne has more than 15 years experience in alumni relations and development. She came to GW from New York University, where she expanded alumni communications and programs as the executive director of alumni relations and development. Prior to that, Adrienne held positions at Adelphi University and Barnard College, where she also served as a member of the national Alumnae Board of Directors.

Noel Salinger – Associate Vice President for Medical Center Development

Noel joined the GWU staff after 16 years at the University of Chicago in senior development positions in several academic areas, most recently as Associate Vice President of University Development. Noel’s development work for the previous 13 years was in the public interest legal arena, at the American Civil Liberties Union and American Bar Association.
