Search ABI Inform (or other ProQuest databases) for ArticlesA great starting point for business and management research, ABI/Inform includes articles from magazines, trade publications, and scholarly journals. This database is published by ProQuest, and you can search all ProQuest databases using the same search strategies. Search ERIC Database for ArticlesThe premier education database, ERIC includes articles, dissertations and unpublished papers. This database, like other OVID databases such as PsycINFO, includes a very detailed Thesaurus of terms the database uses to organize its contents. Search using these Subject Headings for best results. Search Education Abstracts for ArticlesAnother useful database for education topics, Education Abstracts is an EBSCO database. You can search all EBSCO databases using the same search strategies. Search Compendex for ArticlesThis database covers engineering journals, conference proceedings and technical reports. Compendex and Inspec are the premier databases for all areas of engineering and can be searched with the same search strategies. Search the ALADIN Catalog for BooksSee sample searches for two topics, one in education and one in engineering. Choose a relevant title from the list of results and look at Subjects to find additional titles for that topic.
