Find Full-Text Articles in a Database

Use it for:Getting the full text of an article that is not available in the database you are searching.

Why use it?Because it allows you to find the full text of articles in another database or in print through the library catalog.


      Print It!

Step 1
Look for an HTML Full-text or PDF Full-text link in the database record. If neither is there, click on findit

Step 2
A new window opens with 3 possible options

  • Option 1. The article is available online in another database. Click Go button The article will open in a new window.

  • Option 2. The article is available in print from Gelman or another Consortium library, in which case you can request it. Click go button The ALADIN Catalog will open in a new window.

  • Option 3. The article is available through Interlibrary Loan. Click go button to make the request.
