Searching the Media Collection

ALADIN Catalog

The Audio/Video collection can be found on ALADIN. 

    Limiting Searches to the Audio/Video Collection     

1. At the ALADIN Catalog, click on the  Set Limits button.

2. On the "Location" field, select GW: Gelman Media Resources or GW: Gelman Media Resources Desk or both.  This search will produce all items, both audio and video, located in the Gelman Library Media Resources department

3. You may also limit by "Medium," selecting Sound Recording or Video Recording.

4. Click on Set Limits to return to the Search screen.  Execute your search.

5. Copy the Call Number of the item and proceed to the Media Resources department on the lower level of Gelman Library.
