Reminder and Overdue Notices

As a courtesy, the Library will email you a reminder notice 5 to 7 business days before the due date and an overdue notice the business day following the due date. You are responsible for paying library fines whether or not you receive the notice. In order to ensure that you will receive these notices, please maintain your preferred email address in myALADIN.

Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for keeping track of library due dates. You can obtain due date information from the following sources:

• your patron record in myALADIN
• date stamp in the back of the book
• due date bookmark placed in each book
• self-charge receipt (if you used the self-charge machine)
