Library ComputersLocationsLibrary computers are located on the 1st, 3rd and 6th floors. Stand-alone computers at the entrance of the 4th and 5th floor stacks; these computers are not attached to printers. Computer LabsAcademic Technologies runs a computer lab in the basement of Gelman Library. These computers require a G1 account to login. Software AvailableThe following software is available on Gelman Library computers on the 1st, 3rd and 6th floors:

Other Software and Programs Because of security issues, downloading of other software and programs may be limited or not allowed on library-run computers. Additional software may be available in the GW Academic Technologies computer labs. To search for available software, visit Academic Technologies Classrooms and Labs search page. You will need a G1 account to use these computers. Selected computers on the First Floor have specialized databases installed--patrons who need to use these databases have priority to these stations. Check posted signs for these databases or contact the Reference Department for more information.
