In ABC-CLIO, make sure to export the records as ASCII text in tab-delimited format. The "full entry" option will include the Abstract and Subject terms. "Book Review" and "Media Review" entries are imported as "Book" and "Audiovisual Material" reference types. For entries of this type, the review citations and associated reviewer information are imported into the Notes field along with the keyword "Review." Also note that for reviews of books and media, there can be multiple records (and multiple review citations within a record) citing the same source material. These are not duplicate records. EndNote does not recognize two-digit years; these will be imported into the Date field. After importing, users must manually move the year to the Year field, supplying the '19' or '20' as necessary.
