ABI Inform. 1970-
Location: ALADIN
This indexes and provides abstracts to articles an about 1,000 economics, management, and information technology periodicals. The full text is also available for many of the articles. It is possible to limit a search to scholarly articles by using the classification name experimental.

Location: ALADIN
This is similar to ABI Inform (see above).

ECONLIT. 1969-
Location: ALADIN
This covers journal articles, books, chapters within books, working papers, and dissertations. The coverage of the economic journal literature is broader than that of ABI Inform. Abstracts are often provided. This is the electronic version of the Journal of Economic Literature (see below).

Emerald Library. 1967 -
Location: ALADIN
This indexes over 130 management journals some of which have articles relevant to economics. Includes some full text back to 1989.

Index of Economic Articles in Journals and Collective Volumes. 1886-1980, 1983, 1986-1988, 1990-1992, 1995-1996
Location: Z 7164.E2 A57
There is an author index and a topical guide at the back. The earlier title (1886-1965) is Index of Economic Journals.

International Bibliography of Economics. 1952-1997.
Location: Z 7164.E2 I58
There are author, subject, and place indexes.

Journal of Economic Literature. 1963-
Location: Third Floor (Earlier issues in storage). Also the Mt. Vernon Library has the latest five years.
There is an author index for articles and another for books, and also a separate section listing dissertations by subject.. This is the paper version of ECONLIT (see above). The earlier title (1963-1968) is Journal of Economic Abstracts.

JSTOR (Journal Storage).
Location: ALADIN
This provides the full text of scholarly journals, including some economics journals going back many years. It does not have subject searching.

National Bureau of Economic Research. Working Papers.
Location: ALADIN
"Provides citations and summaries of all working papers of the National Bureau of Economic Research, a private research organization, and the full text of its working papers published since November 1994."

Source OECD. 1988 -
Location: ALADIN
Provides access to the books, journals, and statistical databases of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, providing information on member countries' economics, politics, and international affairs. Publications include country studies, forecasting publications, reports, periodicals, and socio-economic databases. Statistical data can be downloaded as Excel files.

WoPEc.
Location: http://econpapers.repec.org/
This indexes and abstracts mostly journal articles and working papers but also some books and chapters. Much full text is available.

World Bank E-Library.
Location: ALADIN
This is "an online, fully cross-searchable portal of over 4,000 World Bank documents. The collection consists of over 1,600 World Bank publications and over 2,400 Policy Research Working Papers...plus each new book and paper as they are published."
