The print version of this resource is ten volumes providing a comprehensive
range of topics. Articles are well written and well documented.

The entries for major theories and philosophers are very detailed and
each has a bibliography. The interface is simple and navigation is easy.
To find books written by a particular philosopher, search in the ALADIN Catalog using the philosopher's name as author. To find books about a
particular philosopher, use the Advanced Search option. Enter the philosopher's name in the search box and search in the 'Subject' field.

The Philosopher's Index provides indexing and abstracts from books and journals of philosophy and related fields.
It covers the areas of ethics, aesthetics, social philosophy, political philosophy, epistemology, and metaphysic logic
