Donating Books

The Gelman Library accepts gifts of library materials from individual donors, and especially encourages books and materials of historic interest such as diaries, correspondence, manuscripts, and photographs.
You may choose to donate your gently used books to the Gelman Library System. Arrangements can be made to have materials located on the Foggy Bottom Campus picked up by library staff. Please contact Alan Lloyd at (202) 994-1327 or by e-mail at alloyd@gwu.edu.
The Gelman Library System extends gratitude to all Emeriti and other faculty and staff who have donated their archives and collections to the GW Libraries. Your support significantly benefits all current and future GW students, faculty and staff.
