Admissions Visits
We welcome your interest in The George Washington University. We know that selecting a university can be a stressful and time consuming proposition. But, whether you are just beginning your first college search or are a prospective graduate or professional student, we will work very hard to provide the information and tools you'll need along the way.
It is particularly important for prospective students and their families to visit, because experiencing a campus “on the ground” can be a significant factor in selecting a university today. Life at GW is rich with opportunities in the classroom, on campus, and in the city. Our goal is to share this life with you by borrowing from our own personal GW experiences and, more importantly, those of our students.
And, of course, we’re confident that after you’ve seen our unique campus, explored our facilities and resources, and interacted with members of the GW community, that you will come away with some very positive feelings about GW.
