The Public Service Grant Commission

The Public Service Grant Commission encourages innovative, student-led service opportunities by providing the financial means and institutional support to individuals and organizations in GW’s spirit of service.
Thanks to the continued financial support from Student and Academic Support Services and a generous gift by a donor, the Commission is proud to announce $30,000 is available in funds for 2011-2012.
We encourage students to engage in social entrepreneurship in the greater DC community. We are looking for talented, civic minded students who wish to serve the DC area with original innovative ideas and projects.
If you are interested in receiving a grant to express your desire and initiative to help the district, we encourage you to apply next Fall. The spring 2012 deadline has passed. Thank you to everyone who sent in an application - grant recipients will be notified shortly.
