Call for Nominations

The PCDI seeks a broad representation of individuals who will champion our commitment to recruit, strengthen and sustain a diverse student body, faculty and staff to build an inclusive community. Established in September 2010 by President Steven Knapp, the PCDI is comprised of GW students, faculty, staff and alumni. Through collaboration, research and action, the PCDI will propose a series of best practices that benefit all members of the GW community, enhance the experience of traditionally underrepresented populations, and cultivate a more inclusive climate for students, staff, faculty and the broader community of which GW is an integral part. A couple of PCDI accomplishments made to date is the development of a program to increase faculty diversity and hosting a dialogue on race, identity and visual culture.
