all of the sites where Dr. Schwandt’s organizational Learning survey
instrument (OLSM) has been administered. This analysis includes ELP
dissertations and CSL projects, along with my own dissertation sites (Financial
Services & Power Industry). This
collaborative project with Dr. Schwandt and doctoral fellow Pandit key outcome
is publication submission into referred journal such as Organizational Studies
or Organize Science.
