Toni Della-Ratta
Toni Della-Ratta joined the F David Fowler Career Center as an Associate Director in October 2007 after having worked with the GWSB MBA students as a Lee Hecht Harrison Sr. Consultant. Toni now works with all of the FDCC Career Consultants to deliver comprehensive career management services to both the undergraduate and graduate business students.
Before coming to GWSB, Toni spent six years at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business managing both career coaching and programming for 500 full-time MBA and joint degree students. Additionally, she worked as a landscape designer, both for a major retail nursery and as a small business owner.
Toni has an M.Ed in Counseling and Development from George Mason University, a BA from Marymount College, a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, and a Certificate in Landscape Design from George Washington University.
