Getting to Campus

GW is easily accessible from three airports: Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA), Thurgood Marshall Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) and Dulles International Airport (IAD). The GW/Foggy Bottom Metro blue line (http://www.wmata.com) has direct subway service to and from Reagan National. Airport shuttle and taxi services provide reliable and convenient options to and from all the airports. The closest airport to both campuses is Reagan National, which is about a 25-minute cab ride from GW. Train service is also available: Amtrak provides service from Union Station (http://www.amtrak.com), which is just west of the U.S. Capitol. Multiple companies have buses offering inexpensive transportation, especially in the northeast corridor.

Our staff is happy to assist students with transportation arrangements.
