Commencement does not have to mean an end to the rewards of participating in campus organizations and activities. If you enjoy playing intramural sports, for example, you may now play with one of the George Washington Alumni Association (GWAA) sports leagues. If your passion is theatre, join fellow alumni for one of our theatre events. There are numerous other opportunities through the GWAA to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones. One of these is the GWAA Programs Committee, which is open to all alumni.

The Committee is seeking people to help prepare next year’s calendar of events. Please take a moment to think about what events you would like to participate in. Whether your interests lean toward career counseling, golf, or a wine tasting – we want to hear your ideas!

The Programs Committee includes three subcommittees: social activities, educational programs, and Colonials Weekend. Please plan to attend the next open meeting of the GWAA Programs Committee, and invite fellow alumni to join you.
