The senior associate director works closely with other development officers and academic departments to ensure a coordinated effort in support of the Advancement Division’s mission. The requirements are a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; a master’s degree is preferred. At least five years fund raising experience, 3 to 5 years of which are in a major gift capacity and/or corporate and foundation relations. Broad-based, in-depth knowledge of fund-raising in an academic and/or non-profit institution is preferred. Exceptional oral and written communication skills and an ability to successfully manage multiple, complex projects is required. Salary is commensurate with experience.
