ENGINEER ALUMNI ASSOCIATION SETS 2004-2005 CALENDAR |

The Engineer Alumni Association (EAA), in conjunction with the Office of Advancement for the School of Engineering and Applied Science (SEAS), is planning a number of alumni activities for the 2004-2005 academic year. The EAA’s first activity of the year will be a faculty lecture and a dean’s reception on Saturday, October 16th, 2004, during Colonials Weekend. Watch Colonial Cable, alumni mailings, and the GW alumni web site for further information on that event. Other EAA activities in the planning stages are: networking and social events for both alumni and current students, lectures by speakers from various engineering disciplines, and alumni participation in local high school science fairs. Members of the executive board for 2004-2005 are: Sean P. Walsh, BS’76, president; J.P. Blackford, BS’95, MS’97, vice president; Matthew Norris, BS’02, MS’03, secretary; and Breanna Templeton, BS’02, treasurer. All SEAS alumni are welcome to attend board meetings, which are held in Tompkins Hall, Dean’s Conference Room 107, at 6:30 p.m. Meetings for 2004-2005 will be held on: September
