NY ALUMNI WRITE & STAR IN PLAY
Push Productions, Inc. MoxieStage and Clemente Soto Velez Cultural & Educational Center are proud to present the world premiere of It’s Not Even Past by Timothy Mansfield (CCAS ‘98), directed by Michael Kimmel at the CSV Flamboyan Theater. The opening is set for Thursday, May 13th at 8 p.m.

In It’s Not Even Past, a widower takes the first step toward moving on, a best friend returns home to a place he no longer recognizes, and a teenage son faces the possibility of fatherhood. Weaving together three monologues, the play is a simple, touching story about three men coping with growing-up, accepting change, coping with loss, taking responsibility and dealing with life.

The ensemble cast features David Palmer Brown, Matt DeVriendt, and Shane Morris (CCAS ‘99).

A DAY WITH FRANKLIN AND ELENAOR IN HYDE PARK
Join Professor Allida Black and fellow GW alumni on an educational day trip to Hyde Park. Allida Black, PhD, director of the Eleanor Roosevelt Papers and GW Professor of History and International Affairs, is the one of the country’s foremost experts on the Roosevelt family. She will lead this intimate trip introducing you into the world of one of the most influential first ladies.

This day trip includes bus transportation to and from Hyde Park, a guided tour through Val-Kil, Eleanor Roosevelt’s family home, a guided tour through “Springwood,” FDR’s home and lunch at the Hyde Park Brewing Company.
