Harry Harding, Dean of the Elliott School of International Affairs, will be speaking at The American Chamber of Commerce conference in Hong Kong on March 19. The lecture will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the JW Marriott Hotel, Salon 6 (L3), Pacific Place.
