TICKETS FOR GW CANCER INSTITUTE GALA STILL AVAILABLE

The GW Medical Center is sponsoring a black-tie gala on April 2nd at the posh Willard Hotel in Washington, DC to benefit the GW Cancer Institute, an urban oncology center committed to understanding cancer disparities.

Tommy Thompson, Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services will be the Honorary Chair. During the evening we will honor Lance Armstrong, Tour de France champion; Andrew von Eschenbach, MD, Director, National Cancer Institute; Ellen Sigal, PhD, Chair, Friends of Cancer Research; and Zora Brown, Founder and Chair, Cancer Awareness Program Services and Breast Cancer Resource Committee.
