The American Collegiate Conservatives is an organziation founded at
George Washington University, to provide conservative GW students with a strong voice on campus and beyond.
Philosophy
As opposed to many other political groups on campus, the main focus of the American Collegiate Conservatives is to provide a philsophical and intellectual argument for conservatism on campus and in the world at large. We believe in the values of liberty
and freedom as expressed through a democratic capitalist state. We are open to many different types of conservatives: economic conservatives, social conservatives, religious conservatives, objectivists, libertarians, and just about any groups that values
most conservative ideals. It is our goal to bring conservative thinking to the students of GW through rational expression of conservative ideals.
Structure
The American Collegiate Conservatives is managed by a Board of Directors, the Chair of which serves as President of the organization. Members are encouraged to take part in leadership of the organization, and any ideas are welcome. The current President
of the American Collegiate Conservatives is Skip Oliva. He can be reached via e-mail at drnvfalk@gwis2.circ.gwu.edu.
The current Vice President is Jonathan
Skrmetti. Contact Information

Web Information
Unlike the Web page of a different right-leaning organization on campus, the American Collegiate
Conservatives Web page was created entirely in-house, with graphics provided by Nicholas Provenzo and Web
design, coding, and implementation by Jeff Baxter (e-mail: jbaxter@gwis2.circ.gwu.edu). We are always looking for new idea
s for the page, especially new links and new quotes, which you can send to acc@gwis2.circ.gwu.edu.
