William Pucilowsky William Pucilowsky received his MFA in Design from Boston University. He also serves as Resident Costume Designer for the Theatre and Dance Department at George Washington University, The Washington Stage Guild, Horizons Theatre, and for The Spanish Dance Theatre. In 1989, he received the Helen Hayes Award for Outstanding Costume Design for the Washington Stage Guild's production of The Constant Wife, and in the same year received the Theatre Lobby's Mary Goldwater Award. He is a co-founder and partner of William-Ashton, Custom Couture, specializing in One-of-a-Kind Evening and Bridal Wear.
