* To do a directing thesis a theatre or dramatic literature
major must have completed the following requirements
(in addition to those requirements stipulated under the
general thesis policy statement) by the beginning of the
thesis semester:

A. Courses:

Intro to Acting
Beginning Scene Study
Basics of Production Design
Undergraduate Stage Lighting
Play Analysis
Both semesters of Theatre History
Two courses in Dramatic Literature (which may
include playwriting, theatre criticism, and theatre
in social contexts)
Directing (with a grade of A or A-)
