Material Safety Data Sheets

Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are documents which provide detailed information about a chemical's hazards and how to work with each chemical safely.

Each chemical manufacturer or importer is required to provide MSDS's for all of their chemicals. Employees have the right to immediately access MSDS's for chemicals used in the workplace.

MSDS's are available:

• From the Manufacturer - Each chemical manufacturer is required to provide you with an MSDS's at the time of purchase.

• Through free links from the Risk Management website - Risk Management also provides links to free online sites with MSDS's and Chemical Safety Databases.
