Adams and Hunter

Elliott School Professor Gordon Adams and former U.S. Ambassador to NATO Robert Hunter.

Launched in May 1997, the “GW Washington Forum” is the University’s hour-long public affairs radio show that features GW faculty experts in discussions of current events. Produced by the Office of Media Relations and taped on campus, the GW Forum airs Sundays on WRC AM-1260. The program’s host and producers comb the media headlines, as well as newsworthy events and programs within the GW community, for show topics. Forums include:

“A Nose for Negotiating” with Charles Craver

“A Lesson in the American Food-Lust” with Dr. Neil Barnard

The Complexities of U.S. Foreign Policy” with Gordon Adams and Robert Hunter

“The Crux of the North Korean Conflict” with Kirk Larsen

“Connecting Public Health with Geopolitical Stability” with Peter Hotez

“On the Road to War with Iraq” with Gordon Adams

Between India and Pakistan” with Ambassador Karl F. Inderfurth

Managing in a World of Risk” with Jack Harrald and Dr. Keith Holtermann

“Assessing the Emotional Toll of Terrorism” with Dr. Jeffrey Akman

If you have recently written a book, released a new study, or have expertise on a breaking news story, then the GW Forum would like to hear from you. Please contact Matthew Nehmer or Eric Solomon at (202) 994-6460 with your ideas for topics and program guests.
