Fredrick Joutz
Professor of Economics
Professor Joutz's areas of expertise are macroeconometrics,
energy economics, time series, and forecasting. He contributes quarterly
macroeconomic forecasts (known as the Benchmark Forecasts) to the Survey of
Professional Forecasters produced by the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.
He is an associate book editor for The International Journal of
Forecasting. He has taught at Oberlin College and
worked at Resources for the
Future.

Peter Locke Associate Professor of Finance Professor Locke's areas
of expertise are derivatives, microstructure and regulation.

Robert Dunn
Professor of Economics Professor Dunn's publications include
articles in the Journal of Political Economy, KYKLOS, Southern
Economic Journal, Princeton Essays in International Finance, and
other academic journals. He has also written 35 columns, which were published in
the Washington Post and four op-ed columns in the New York
Times.

Tara M. Sinclair
Assistant Professor of Economics
Sinclair’s research interests focus on modeling, explaining, and forecasting business cycle fluctuations and economic growth for different countries. She contributes regularly to the Survey of Professional Forecasters and is also the assistant director of the GW Research Program on Forecasting. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in macroeconomics and econometrics.
