The Financial Systems Support (FSS) department provides quality-focused customer service while serving as a liaison between the application users of the Enterprise Accounting System (EAS), the Information Systems & Services (ISS) Help Desk, and the ISS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems staff. The primary goal of FSS is to provide and maintain the highest data integrity and user security possible for the EAS; the Banner system and related applications; and other ISS Administrative Applications.
