CLASS NOTES
 Furqan Ahmad, GWSB MBA ’92, is head of product development and segmentation at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank in the UAE. In April, he will be a featured speaker at the 2nd Annual Middle East Islamic Finance & Investment Conference in Dubai, where he will discuss Islamic retail banking.
 Miles K. Davis, GWSB PhD ’02, was named dean of Shenandoah University’s Harry F. Byrd Jr. School of Business, effective July 1. Davis, a founding director of the School of Business Institute for Entrepreneurship, works as an associate professor of management at the university.
 Narda-Marie Meiling Newby, GWSB BBA ’91, married Malik Kenyatta Edwards in January at the J. W. Marriott hotel in Washington by Annice M. Wagner, a senior judge of the Federal Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
