CLASS NOTES
Melvin R. Bielawski, GWSB MS '70, retired from the Department of Defense and subsequent consulting services to the DOD and IT companies in the DC area. In his retirement he has written and published several books including his most recent work, "Diagnosis: Alzheimer's: My Travels with Frances."
M. Joel Bolstein, CCAS BA '82, LAW JD '87, was recently Awarded the Distinguished Chambers USA "Leaders in Law" Rankings in the category of "Gaming and Gambling.
Steven M. Braunstein, GWSB BA '86, has been promoted to President of Snyder Cohen, a DC area CPA and business advisory. In this role Steve maintains his hands-on client responsibilities as well as day-to-day oversight and leadership of the firm's operations and its more than 75 associates.
Enrico Campitelli, Jr., GWSB MBA '09, has had his blog, The700level.com, acquired by Comcast SportsNet and has hired Mr. Campitelli Jr. He has been blogging since 2003 and claims 100,000 unique visits and 500,000 page views per month. Though the site will keep its Web address, most of the content will be featured on CSNPhilly.com.
Jeffrey B. Carter, ESIA MA '97, is the director of acquisitions for Franklin Street Properties Corp. (AMEX: FSP), a Real Estate Investment Trust, where he has worked for the last 11 years. He lives in Marblehead, Mass. with his wife Brette and their daughter Alexandra.
Michelle L. Cuozzo, GWSB BBA '03, and alumna of the GW Water Polo team, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Operations at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. BBH is a privately-held financial services firm serving clients globally in three main businesses: Investor Services, Investment & Wealth Management and Banking & Advisory. Cuozzo joined BBH in 2003 after completing her degree from GWSB.
Trevor D'Souza, GWSB MBA '95, recently joined the MakeMusic board of directors. D'Souza currently serves as managing director of Mason Wells, where he is responsible for managing the venture investment activities of the firm.
