Stacy Parker Aab, CCAS BA '96, is releasing a book entitled Government Girl in Jan. 2010. The book is about Stacy's time as an intern, and as full-time staffer in the White House during the Clinton Administration. Read more about Stacy in a story on SMPA's website.
Jabneel (Jenny) Abreu, GWSB MTA '09, has accepted a two-year appointment as a Board of Directors member for the Network of Latino Meeting Professionals. The network's goal is to create a nurturing environment for all meeting professionals, fostering the exchange of ideas and learning to embrace the concept of living our lives in color.
Raya Haffar al-Hassan, GWSB MBA '90, was named Finance Minister in Lebanon's new national unity cabinet on Nov. 10. She is the first woman to hold this post.
Asha Allam, LAW JD '09, has joined Adduci, Mastriani & Schaumberg, L.L.P. as an associate. She gained extensive practical intellectual property litigation experience as a summer associate at the firm.
Amy (Rediker) Anderlonis, ESIA BA '06 and Lt. Andrew Anderlonis, GWSB BBA '06, were married on Oct. 10 in Chatham, Mass. They met at GW when they lived in Hall on Virginia Avenue (HOVA) on the same floor freshman year. Over a dozen GW classmates were in attendance.
