Daniel W. Hartman, LAW MA '96, has started a new law firm, Hartman, Curtin & Way, P.A., in Tallahassee, Fla. Hartman specializes in environmental and real estate law, and applies the technical experience he gained as a consulting engineer to his cases.
Nils Victor Montan, CCAS MS '77, joined the law management consulting practice of Robin Rolfe Resources as a senior consultant specializing in intellectual property law. Montan has a great deal of experience in this area, previously holding leadership positions with the International Trademark Association and the International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition, and has testified before Congress on the subject.
