ELITE SOCCER CAMP
The Elite Team Camp is open to both teams and individuals wishing to enhance their skills on the soccer field. The camp is broken into several different academies, which cater to all aspects of development for today’s youth soccer player. The academies are led by GW staff and other coaches who presently work with collegiate, professional, and international level athletes and have a strong background.

FILMS ON THE VERN PRESENTS: "GOING FOR THE GOLD"This summer, join us as we showcase the world of sports and the spirit of competition, in celebration of the 2008 Summer Olympic Games! Bring a blanket and snacks, and come enjoy a FREE outdoor movie! Movies will be shown every Wednesday night beginning July 16 through August 20 at 8:30 p.m. on the Mount Vernon Campus Quad, with the exception of the last film on August 20, which will be shown at the Outdoor Pool at Mount Vernon. Join other alumni involved in politics at the Elliott School City View Room overlooking the Potomac River. The GW Alumni in Politics group is designed to serve as a vital forum for all alumni — both recent and established — to connect, exchange ideas, and open doors for new opportunities.
We will be joined by Howard G. Paster, Executive Vice President, Public Relations & Public Affairs of WPP Group Plc. Paster is a member of the board of trustees of Tuskegee University and the co-chairman of the Graduate School of Political Management’s Council on American Politics at GW. He will discuss the 2008 presidential election and GW's role in the political landscape.
