GW ALUMNI BEER AND CHEESE PAIRING CLASS
Join fellow alumni and friends for a private beer and cheese pairing class at The Mozzarella Company. Begin with a tour of the cheese factory and see how cheese is made. Then learn firsthand how various gourmet cheeses can complement the right beer. Finally, attempt to pair beers and cheeses on your own to determine what suits your individual palate most.
