GW ALUMNI VALENTINES

Met through a mutual friend? Had a shared hobby or favorite hangout? Experienced a chance encounter? There are lots of ways people meet, but these eight couples have GW to thank for playing match-maker.

Class Notes

Michael Brown, CCAS BA '85Michael Brown, CCAS BA ’85, was named assistant coach by the Chicago Bulls. Brown, a member of the GW Athletic Hall of Fame and a selection to the Colonials All-Century Basketball Team, played 11 seasons on the NBA. Read the Bulls press release here.
Roger Finch, CCAS BA ’68, recently released his third poetry collection. Finch, a professor at Surugadai University in Japan, wrote the poems with inspiration from his travels in Asia and Europe. The collection is titled Stations of the Sun.
Robert M. Greenbaum, GWSB BBA ’84, a partner in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Department in Saul Ewing LLP’s Philadelphia office, has been named President of the Board of Directors for the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project. Since its formation in 1991, CBAP’s mission has been to educate and support volunteer attorneys and law students who assist CBAP clients with their financial problems. He is serving a two-year term that began January 1.
Todd Kingsley, GWSB BBA ’81, was named managing director with Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown, the U.S. Private Client Services division of Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management. Kingsley joins the firm from Smith Barney Citigroup Global Markets where he worked for more than 24 years.
