LUNCH AND LECTURE: THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A NATURAL DISASTER
Come meet local alumni, discuss future alumni events in South Florida, and participate in a conversation with GW professor of sociology Gregory D. Squires. Squires will provide an update on GW and the department of sociology as well as discuss the timely topics of his recent book, There is no Such Thing as a Natural Disaster: Race, Class, and Hurricane Katrina.

The event costs $15 per person and includes lunch. Registration is required as space is limited.
