DC ZONING COMMISSION APPROVES PROPOSAL FOR GW TO REPLACE MOUNT VERNON RESIDENCE HALL

In September, the DC Zoning Commission gave GW unanimous approval for its proposal to replace the existing Pelham Hall on the University’s Mount Vernon Campus with a new residence hall featuring student support space.

The new residence hall will have more than triple the amount of beds that are currently in Pelham Hall. The new student space will be used for meetings, rehearsals, and other activities.
