This fall GW Athletics and the Colonials’ head volleyball coach Jojit Coronel have special plans for the annual GW Volleyball Alumnae Weekend. In addition to welcoming back ALL volleyball alumnae for the weekend, held Sept. 22-24, the weekend will highlight five teams – from the years 2000, 1995, 1994, 1993, and 1978 – which have competed in postseason NCAA and AIAW championship tournaments since the varsity program began in 1975. Each member of those five teams will receive a commemorative T-shirt at a special luncheon honoring ALL varsity volleyball alumnae and friends. Mark your calendars now and make plans with your teammates to attend.
