WOULD YOU CROSS A DESERT FOR A GOOD CAUSE?
When asked to support a valuable cause, most of us will agree to a few hours of volunteer work or a financial donation. Not so easy for Brian Evans, MD 03, who plans to cross the Gobi Desert to raise money and awareness for the Christopher Reeve Foundation during the annual Gobi March in May 2006. READ FULL ARTICLE
Daphne L. Clarke, BBA 96, published her first book The Triumph of Louise Laurel in December 2002. She is currently establishing a childrens resource center with a library and reading program in Trelawny, Jamaica, her place of birth.
Robin (Bolstad) Petruzzi, BA '96, and her future little Colonial show some pride at the NCAA game against Duke on March 18th.
Marcia Hughes, JD 76, recently published a book on achieving meaningful self-expression, entitled Lifes 2% Solution. In writing the book, she drew on her experience as the president and CEO of Collaborative Growth.

WOMENS LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
THIS FRIDAY, APRIL 7

The 2006 Womens Leadership Conference: “Listen, Speak, Act!” will be held this Friday, April 7. The conference features an address by Laura Liswood, co-founder and secretary general of the Council of Women World Leaders, and senior advisor at Goldman Sachs; a session of peer-reviewed presentations and skill-building workshops; a luncheon, and a closing panel discussion.
