GWAA CORNER

CELEBRATING OUR ALUMNI
By Marlynne D. Brown, MVC ’85

Every year the GWAA has the distinct privilege of recognizing and celebrating our alumni with the Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award (DAAA) and the Alumni Service Award (ASA). It is through these awards that we acknowledge notable GW alumni who are committed to giving back to their communities locally and globally, and it is our pleasure to honor them for their accomplishments and the generosity of their time. The achievements of our award recipients reinforce the stellar education they received at GW.

This year the Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award ceremony will be held at the Madison Hotel on Saturday, May 21. During this ceremony the following alumni will be recognized:

As we near graduation, the GWAA congratulates the class of 2005 on their current accomplishments. We look forward to your participation in the GWAA and we know that you will continue the philanthropic traditions of your predecessors. It is for these future accomplishments that we look forward to recognizing and celebrating you!
