GW Alumni Email Services
There are two email services available to GW Alumni.
Please Note — You must be a registered member of the Alumni Online Community to access these services.
Alumni GWmail
In partnership with Google, GW provides alumni free email for life: yourname@gwmail.gwu.edu. Classes of 2009 and later: you retain the same email address you received as a student. If you graduated before 2009, you will need to create an account.
Alumni Email Forwarding
GW Alumni have the ability to create an email address - yourname@alumni.gwu.edu - that forwards email to a personal account of your choice. This service creates a forwarding address, but does not create a separate email inbox. If you change jobs or email providers simply revisit this page and change the address you forward email to.
