AIESEC was created in the aftermath of World War II in order to create cultural understanding through exchanging people.  In lieu of this, today AIESEC treats the issue of sustainability and cultural sensitivity as key issues in our world.  Organizations value this and work with AIESEC in order to make sure problems of the past do not become problems of the future.

The youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow and AIESEC makes sure their students are aware of issues in our world and how to overcome many problems.  By employing these kind of people in your organization, you can help to foster an international culture in your corporate and organizational culture and this in turn can steer sustainable initiatives into the path of business and public policy by tomorrow's leaders of your corporation and many organizations of tomorrow.

AIESEC as an organization is also employing many different initiatives in order to educate students and professionals to lead the world in the ways of sustainability and cultural acceptance.

Part of
AIESEC's
