This page will briefly outline what the AIESEC process is and how to go about hiring international talent through AIESEC.

Student Screening & Assessment
Every AIESEC chapter pre-interviews potential candidates and assesses their abilities and potential to participate in an AIESEC traineeship.  That means that you, the employer, is only looking through already qualified and screened candidates.

Profile & Selection Criteria
When you agree to take an AIESEC trainee in your organization, you provide information to us about what you are looking for.  We take that information and create a profile for your company that potential student nominee's are able to search to find a job that best fits their objectives.

Selection
The way matching works is that once we have the student information and the organization information, we upload all of the information to our international database.  In this database, members of AIESEC from all around the world see what your company is looking for and finds students that would be a good match for your company.  We generate a list of students that might fit your needs and you review their applications and see if they would be a right fit.  We then set up phone interviews and provide the means in which you and the student can contact each other.  Once you both accept the terms of the traineeship, a match has occurred and the student is on their way to become a vital asset to your organization.

Visa Services
AIESEC handles all issues with Visa requirements and it is not necessary for your organization to worry about this at all.

Housing & Cultural Preparations
AIESEC members will find housing in the area for the student nominee that is easily accessible to transportation to the job.  AIESEC also facilitates a welcome session and a reception welcoming the student to the United States.  Your organization does not need to worry about whether or not the student will find housing or adjust well to the country.  AIESEC provides the appropriate network to make the student feel at home and enjoy the most they can from their work experience with your organization.  We also provide activities throughout the duration of the traineeship to integrate the person into American culture and helps them in any way they may need to be helped.

Evaluations
Evaluations are conducted for both the organization and the student to make sure the experience was a worthwhile one.  This helps make sure exchanges in the future are worthwhile and it also helps to make sure that your future with AIESEC is a bright one that maximizes efficiency and effectiveness for your organization.
